By using ConvertFilesNow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The service

ConvertFilesNow provides browser-based file conversion tools. All processing happens in your browser; we do not store, view, or transmit your files.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the files you process and the resulting output. You agree not to use the Service for content that:

• Infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is intended to harm others or any computer system

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your files and outputs. We claim no rights over the content you process. The Service itself, including its design and codebase, is owned by ConvertFilesNow.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, completeness, security, or fitness for any particular purpose. File conversion is best-effort and results may vary by file type, size, and browser capability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertFilesNow is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Advertising

The Service may display advertising provided by third parties (such as Google AdSense). Ads are clearly distinguishable from content. We are not responsible for the products or services advertised.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Türkiye.
